Before you contact us

  • 1 Make sure you are on the latest app build.
  • 2 Check notification, Health, and location permissions in iPhone Settings.
  • 3 Include screenshots, your device model, and what happened.

Account help

  • Use the sign-in screen to request a password reset email.
  • Use the profile sheet to update your display name and avatar.
  • Use the profile sheet to delete your account if you want your stored data removed.

Challenge help

  • Create 1v1 or open-league challenges from the home flow.
  • Invite others with the challenge code shown in the app.
  • Complete your baseline first so the dashboard can switch to daily workout logging.

Distance tracking help

  • Use Apple Health import if the workout already exists in Health.
  • Use GPS tracking for outdoor running or cycling.
  • Use manual distance entry for treadmills or stationary bikes.

Troubleshooting notifications, HealthKit, and GPS

  • Notifications: confirm permission is enabled and that you have not disabled alerts for CAT&MOUSE in Settings.
  • Apple Health: confirm you granted distance read access and that a running or cycling sample exists in Health.
  • GPS: confirm location permission is set to "While Using the App" or higher and test outdoors for the best distance accuracy.
